How to Apply Interest to a Client's Matter not their Contact

If the client has multiple Matters and some Matters require interest accruing, while others are non-interest Bills, create a second Contact with the same name with the term interest included. Example: John Doe (interest).  Assign the relevant Matters to the second Contact, and ensure the Payment Profile is applied.
