How to Add Information to the Footer of All Your Bills


  • Adding data to your Bill Themes 
  • Footer
  • Pay To
  • Make payable to
  • Add Footer to all Bills
  • Change Footer information in all my Invoices


  • Clio Manage 

Additional Information:



  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Billing 
  3. Select Bill Themes 
  4. Open the Bill Theme you'd like to Edit 
  5. Select Footer 
  6. Select Footer again in the second column
  7. Add the information to the Payable Statement field or the Invoice Memo field
  8. Tick the box above the field you would like to appear on all Bills using this Bill Theme
  9. Select Save
