How to Share a Statement of Account via Clio Connect

Objective:

  • Send a Client Statement of Account through Clio Connect
  • How to Share a Statement of Account to client via Clio Connect 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Connect 

Additional Information:

Procedure:

1. Generate a Statement of Account for a specific client
2. Download the Statement of Account
3. Navigate to the applicable Matter
4. Click the Documents sub-tab
5. Click New
6. Click File Upload
7. Select the saved Statement of Account from your computer
8. Click Upload Documents
9. Beneath the uploaded Document, click Share
10. Select the Contact for sharing and enter the applicable information
11. Select Share via Clio Connect
12. Make any additional selections
13. Click Share
