KCS - How to Send a Support Ticket from the Android App

Objective:

  • Contact Support from the Android App
  • Send Support your App Details

Environment:

  • Android App

Additional Information:

Sending a Support Request from the Android App will provide the Support team with device and app information that can be helpful for troubleshooting purposes. 

Procedure:

  1. Open the Clio app on your phone
  2. Click on the More button at the bottom-right
  3. Choose Feedback
  4. Select your preferred email app
  5. Write your message to Support
  6. Send the email
