Objective:
- Add Client Ledger to Bill
- Show Account History on Bill
- Add the Statements of Account to Bills
- Show the Matter Operating balance in an invoice
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
- If a Client has more than one matter, select Only show Trust amounts for Matters on the Bill to only show information pertaining to the Matter the Bill belongs to
Procedure:
- Go to Settings
- Select Billing
- Choose Bill Themes from the sub-tab
- Then click into the Bill Theme you wish to amend
- Choose Statement of Account on the left
- Choose Client Account in the next column
- Choose how detailed you'd like account information to appear
- "Account Details" will show all the details of funds in and out
- "Account Summary" will show a one-line summary of the Client's account balance
- "Hidden" will hide all of the Client Account Information
- If you wish to also display the Operating Account or the Operating Account balance check off the Include Operating Account History
