KCS - How to Add the Client's Account History To Your Bill

Objective:

  • Add Client Ledger to Bill
  • Show Account History on Bill
  • Add the Statements of Account to Bills

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Billing
  3. Choose Bill Themes from the subtab
  4. Then click into the Bill Theme you wish to amend
  5. Choose Statement of Account on the left
  6. Choose Client Account in the next column
  7. Turn on Account Details
  8. If you wish to also display the Operating Account check off the Include Operating Account History
