Environment:
- Clio Manage
- Clio Grow
Additional Information:
- Error message: Couldn't log you in with that email/password combo. If you're stuck, you can reset your password.
- You must be logged out of Clio in order to complete these steps.
- This process works for both Clio users and Clio Connect.
Procedure:
**Make certain the new password shows as STRONG when being created**
Clio Manage / Clio Connect
- Go to Clio Manage
- app.clio.com for North America
- ca.app.clio.com for Canadian
- eu.clio.com for EMEA
- Enter the email associated with your account in the Email field
- Click on Next:Password
- Click on I Forgot my password?
- Click on Send reset password instructions
- Open up your email inbox (Check your spam/junk folders if not delivered within a few minutes)
- Locate and open the email titled You have requested to change your password; if you see multiple emails, select the most recent, as that will be the only link that will work
- Click the link in the email
- Enter your updated password into the grey New password field
- Type it in again into the grey box Confirm new password field
- Click on Reset Password
Clio Grow
- For European users go to eu.grow.clio.com and for North American users go to grow.clio.com
- Enter the email associated with your account in the Email field
- Click on Next:Password
- Click on I Forgot my password?
- Enter the login email address associated with your account in the Email field
- Click on Send reset password instructions
- Check your email account for the password reset email (Check your spam folder if not delivered within a few minutes)
- Follow the link and instructions to reset your password
