How to Export All Contact Information


  • Contact Export in CSV Format includes ALL standard fields and Custom Fields (including non-primary phone numbers and email addresses)
  • Contact Export in PDF Format includes Name and primary PhoneEmail, and Web 
  • Contact Export can be restricted by:
    • All, People, Companies, Leads
    • All Contacts, Clients, Clio Connect
    • Letter of the alphabet
    • Custom Field
    • Search terms
  • Client Information Report (Web, PDF, or CSV) only includes Client NameMatterPrimary Phone Number, and Primary Email Address
  • Client Information Report only shows Contacts with Matters
  • Client Information Report can be restricted by:
    • Responsible Attorney (Responsible Solicitor)
    • Matter Status (Open/Closed/Pending)
    • Practice Area
  • Client Information Report can be grouped by Client, Practice Area, and Attorney (Solicitor)
