KCS - Why is my Clio Contact Not Syncing to Quickbooks Online?

Objective:

  • I created a Contact in Clio but it is not syncing to Quickbooks Online

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Quickbooks Online

Additional Information:

Answer:

The Contact does not have an Approved or Paid Bill associated with them. Create a Bill for the Contact, progress it to either the Approved or Paid state, and then the Contact will be synced.
