Why Can't I See My Dropbox Files on My Mac Computer?

Objective:

  • Missing Dropbox files on my computer, but they are visible when accessing my account at dropbox.com

Environment:

  • Dropbox
  • OSX

Additional Information:

  • Ensure that there are no additional spaces in the Contact name field in Clio.

Answer:

The Dropbox app runs in the background on OSX. The Dropbox app may have quit and will need to be restarted to continue syncing.
