Additional Information:
- This guide assumes the agent has already set up their Vonage Business 'Unity' Client or the Vonage online portal (via myvoice1-b.vonage.com). Once installed and logged in, calls will ring at both the agent's Desk Phone and their Computer. Queue ACD state does not change, and is still managed via Unity or the Vonage online portal (via myvoice1-b.vonage.com).
Procedure:
- Visit https://www.vonage.com/business/downloads/
- Click Premier Downloads
- Download and install the correct version for your OS
- Load the app & login using your Vonage login credentials
- Select No to the Outlook integration prompt
- Login to Queue as normal via Unity or the Vonage online portal (myvoice.vonage.com)
- Calls will now ring on your desk phone and through your computer or mobile phone
