Why is Clio Stuck at "Loading Your Content"?

Answer:

This can occur for a number of reasons: 

  1. You may need to clear your browser's cache. Your browser automatically saves some data from the Clio website to help it load faster, but this can occasionally cause issues with the site loading properly.

  2. There may be a sync issue from Gmail's end. Please try completely disconnecting from Gmail following the steps here.

  3. You may be encountering an issue with your Internet Service Provider. Although other sites may be loading properly, ISP issues can sometimes affect Clio specifically due to the large amount of data that must be loaded. You can check outages by a searching Downdetector.
