How Do I Add a Time Entry to an Email Log?

Objective:

  • To add billable time/hours to a created email or phone call
  • Learn how to record and track time associated with a communications log

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • The Subject of the Email Log will automatically be pulled into the Description of the Time Entry.

Procedure:

  1. Click Communications
  2. Select Logs and locate the desired Email Log
  3. Select Add Time 
  4. Fill out the Time Entry form 
  5. Select Save Entry
