If I Change the Client Billing Address Will it Update on an Approved Bill?

Objective:

  • Swapping which Address is the Billing Address from Another Address
  • Changing an Address on a Client's Invoice

Answer:

If you change the address by selecting the Custom Address option when the Bill is moving through the Billing Workflow, the address will only be changed for that Bill.

If you would like to change the Address on all Client Bills, please update the address on the Contact Card of the Client. This will automatically update the addresses on all Bills belonging to this Client.
