Objective:
- Modifying Calendar Sync Settings
- Re-configuring Office 365 Sync
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
Only the Account Owner can sync with the Firm Calendar
Procedure:
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Contact and Calendar Sync
- Click Configure next to Office 365 Contacts and Calendars
- Under the Clio Calendar section click to Stop Sync next to personal Calendar
- Click Sync next to Firm
- Within Choose Sync Option - select to Link to an existing Office 365 Calendar
- Select the appropriate Office 365 Calendar from the Calendar field
- Click to Sync Calendar
