KCS - Can my Client Pay the Entire Amount Outstanding via Credit Card?

Objective:

  • Whether it is possible for clients to pay all Bills with a single Clio Payment after the Bill is shared through email or Clio Connect

Answer:

Unfortunately, it is not possible for a client to pay all Bills within a single transaction at this time. If a Bill is shared they will only have the option to pay the balance owing on the Bill that was just shared. In order to record a single credit card payment across multiple Bills they will need to contact the firm. Through the firm account they will be able to record a single Clio Payment for all Bills outstanding.
