How to Set Up NetDocuments Sync

Objective:

  • Set up NetDocuments sync 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • NetDocuments

Additional Information:

  • Each Clio user must authorize their own NetDocuments within Clio.
  • For more detailed steps on setting up the NetDocuments integration, and creating Workspace and Folder views, click here.

Procedure:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Documents
  3. Click on the Document Sources subtab
  4. Click on Configure NetDocuments
  5. Click Link NetDocuments Account
  6. Log in to NetDocuments if you are asked and authorize Clio
  7. In Clio Select a NetDocuments Cabinet from the dropdown
  8. Choose "View by Workspace" or "View by Folders"
  9. Click Save Changes
