If you have edited an Invoice ID, the next Invoice will count up from the last highest number. This will not be so if the Invoice ID is hyphenated or not a whole number (ie 17-0001).
If the last highest number is on a Voided Bill and you are looking to reduce the number, you will have to call Customer Support at 1-888-858-2546 option 2, to have the Bill ID edited internally by our Technical Escalations team.
