KCS - Can My Client Add Funds to Their Clio Connect Account Without a Bill or Trust Request?

Objective:

  • Client needs to add funds to their account, but they do not have a Bill yet

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Your client can only make payments through their Clio Connect account if you have Online Payments set up.

Answer:

No, a Bill or Trust Request must exist in order for your Client to make any payments.
