How Do I Connect to a Different Office 365 Account?

Objective:

  • Link to a new Office 365 account
  • Relink with a separate account
  • Completely disconnect Office 365
  • I already unlinked Clio and Office 365, when I try to set it up again, it does not give me a choice to go to the new Office 365 account
  • Change Office 365 account

Environment:

  • Office 365
  • Clio Manage

Procedure:

Disconnect the integration in Clio

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
  3. Click on Configure next to Office 365 Contacts and Calendars
  4. Click Disconnect Account 
  5. Click Disconnect

Revoke access in Office 365

  1. Log into Office 365
  2. Click on your name at the top-right
  3. Choose My account
  4. Click on App permissions
  5. Click Revoke under Clio Documents Sync and/or Clio Contacts and Calendars Sync
  6. Click OK
  7. Click on your name again
  8. Click Sign out
  9. Sign into the other account

Reconnect Clio with the new account

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
  3. Click on Set Up Sync next to Office 365 Contacts and Calendars
  4. Click Authorize Office 365 Access
  5. Proceed with syncing Contacts and Calendars
