KCS - My Client or Matter is Not Appearing in Billable Clients?

Objective:

  • Troubleshoot Billing
  • Determine why a Client/Matter is not listed under Billable Clients in the Bills tab

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Answer(s):

Please ensure that:

  1. There is a Client assigned to the Matter
  2. The activities are not already on a bill (i.e. that they are in the 'billed' state)
  3. The Matter is billable
  4. The time entries have duration greater than zero
  5. The Date range on the Billable Clients tab is set correctly
