KCS - Why is my Client or Matter not Showing up Under Billable Clients?

Objective:

  • Troubleshoot Billing
  • Determine why a Client/Matter is not listed under Billable Clients in the Bills tab

  • Clio Web App

Answer(s):

1. There is no Client assigned to the Matter

2.The time on the Matter is unbilled

3. The Time/Expense entries for the Matter have already been billed

4. The Date range on the Billable Clients tab is not set correctly
