KCS - My Client is not listed as a Billable Client

Issue:

  • My Client/Matter is not showing up under Billable Clients in the Bills tab

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

There is no Client assigned to the Matter

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to the Matter page
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the appropriate client from the Client drop down menu
  4. Select Save Matter
