Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Also see Standard and Wildcard analyzers.

Answer:

When searching for some data in Clio the first few letters of the result must be entered.

For instance, when searching for a Contact in Clio the first two or more letters of First Name, Last Name, or Company must be entered. If the name was "Dan D'Agostino" it could be found by searching "Da", "Dan", "D'", "D'A", "D'Ag", "D'Ago", "D'Agos", and so on.
