Why Does Clio Require Me To Enter In The Whole Word When I Search Some Things?

  • What is a Standard analyzer in Clio's search

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Most punctuation and letter case are ignored when doing a full word search in Clio.

Also see Standard Autocomplete and Wildcard analyzers.

When searching for some data in Clio the whole word must be entered.

For instance, when searching for a client's name in a Matter a full word must be entered to find results. If the name was "Dan D'Agostino" it could be found by searching "Dan" or "D'Agostino".
