Can I Make the "To" and "From" Field of an Email/Phone Log to a Non-Contact?


  • "To" and "From" field of the Communication logs (phone and email) only accept Contacts

No, the "To" and "From" field of a Communication log must be a Contact. If you have it sent from someone who is not a Contact, I would recommend entering them in the body of the Communication.
