KCS - Why Isn't My 2FA Backup Code Working?

  • Why is Two Factor Authentication Backup Code not being accepted

Answer:

  • Ensure that you are using the full 8 digit backup code
  • Check that you are using a backup code that has not been used before
  • Make sure to select Use Backup Verification Code on the "2-step Verification" screen
