Why Isn't My Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Backup Code Working?
- Determine why my 2FA backup code is not being accepted.
- Access my Clio account with two-factor security.
- Ensure that you are using the full 8 digit backup code.
- Check that you are using a backup code that has not been used before.
- Make sure to select Use backup security code on the two-factor authentication screen before entering the code—it does not work in the "Password" field.
