Can I Change the Email Address that Notification Emails are sent to my Clients from?

Objective:

  • Modify the Email Address that reminders and shared Document & Bill notification emails are sent to Clients from (instead of being sent from "notifications@clio.com")
  • What happens if a client responds to the "notifications@clio.com") email?

  • Clio Manage

Answer:

No, currently all emails sent from the Clio system (Shared Documents, Bills, Tasks, Calendar Events & Reminders, etc) to Clients or to other Clio Users will always arrive from notifications@clio.com. If a client tries to respond to notifications@clio.com to bills shared to them, the response will go to the User who shared the bill.
