Can I Change the Email Address that Notification Emails are sent to my Clients from?


  • Modify the Email Address that reminders and shared Document & Bill notification emails are sent to Clients from (instead of being sent from "")
  • What happens if a client responds to the "") email?

No, currently all emails sent from the Clio system (Shared Documents, Bills, Tasks, Calendar Events & Reminders, etc) to Clients or to other Clio Users will always arrive from If a client tries to respond to, they will be returned with an error email.
