No, currently all emails sent from the Clio system (Shared Documents, Bills, Tasks, Calendar Events & Reminders, etc) to Clients or to other Clio Users will always arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org. If a client tries to respond to email@example.com, they will be returned with an error email.
