Why Does it Say 'All Custom Fields Used.' in the Dropdown Menu When I Try to Add Custom Fields to a Contact/Matter?

Answer:

The Custom Fields need to be created in Settings > Custom Fields before they can be added to the Contact/Matter. Please see the steps linked above, in the Additional Information, on how to create Custom Fields.
