Why Are Phone Logs Missing From My Client?

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

Phone Logs can be added on the Contact level or the Matter level. If they were added on the Matter level, you will not be able to see them when viewing the Communications subtab within the Contact. Please navigate to the Matter > Communications subtab to view Phone Logs.
