Duplicate Row When Importing Custom Field Data

Issue:

Cause:

The Custom Field is currently being used in the Matter you are trying to export into Clio Manage and may have a value in the Custom Field already. 

Resolution:

  1. Cross reference the .csv import file with the Matter on Clio Manage on which Custom Fields are not importing 
  2. Either remove the Custom Field on the Matter in Clio Manage and keep the Custom Field on the .csv file and re-import the .csv file or remove the Custom Fields row from the .csv file and update them on Clio Manage.
