Nothing Happens When Clicking on Categories and Templates

Issue:

  • After clicking the Categories and templates button in Documents, the page does not change

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Cause:

Old version of Google Chrome.

Resolution:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome
  2. Try clicking on Categories and templates again
