- There can be many reasons things do not sync over to QuickBooks Online. This article has a few troubleshooting tips to start with. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please call out Support team at 1-888-858-2546 option 2.
Procedure:
- Check your sync status
- This will confirm if your Clio account and QuickBooks online are syncing properly
- Confirm there are no error codes
- This will provide an error code of any items that did not sync over. The error code is searchable in Clio's Help Center
- Check your sync forward date
- When setting up the sync for QuickBooks Online, you are able to provide a date you would like the sync to start from. This would be based on the Bill Issue date for your Operating account.
