- Make certain all Personal Information is Updated in the Settings
Answer:
The issue is due to the email sync still active with the previous Clio Grow user's credentials.
To adjust:
- Go to Settings
- Select E-mail & Calendar Sync
- Un-sync Email
- Reset Email Sync with new User Credentials
- Send a new email (test) to confirm the correct user's information now appears
