Why is Old User Email Appearing when Sending Email from Clio Grow?


  • Previous user's information shows in the email sent from Clio Grow

Additional Information:

  • Make certain all Personal Information is Updated in the Settings


The issue is due to the email sync still active with the previous Clio Grow user's credentials. 

To adjust:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select E-mail & Calendar Sync
  3. Un-sync Email
  4. Reset Email Sync with new User Credentials 
  5. Send a new email (test) to confirm the correct user's information now appears
