Why is a Practice Area Showing When Filtering in the Matters Tab, But Not Showing in Settings?

Question:

  • I can filter for a Practice Area in the Matters tab to make sure there are no Matters using this PA, but it is not showing in Settings > Firm Preferences > Practice Areas, it is not there for me to delete it.

  • Clio Manage
