When Scheduling an Appointment in Clio Grow, Why Can I Only Choose to Email the Scheduling Link?

Question:

  • Why Can't I choose the appointment time when creating an appointment in Clio Grow?
  • Can I choose the Date and Time for the Paid Appointment when sending a Clio Scheduler Link?

Environment:

  • Clio Grow
  • Clio Scheduler

Additional Information:

Answer:

The appointment type is a Paid appointment. This requires the Client to pay before confirming an appointment time so it must be emailed to them. 

If you would like the ability to select the date and time when using paid appointments in Clio Grow, please contact us here to add your vote to this feature request.
