- If there was previously another account (Clio or otherwise) synced to the same Xero account in question, then invoice numbers are being reused.
The Xero Sync Error in question means that the invoice (ID#) numbers in Clio need to be updated in order to not overlap with the invoice numbers already saved in the Xero account. For more information on how to change the invoice ID number, click HERE.
