When creating Activity Categories, you are able to designate Permission Groups on who can access specific Activity Categories.
To confirm which Groups have the Permission to see Activity Categories please follow the steps below:
- Click on Activities
- Click on Manage Categories
- View column Permission Groups
If a User is not part of a specific Group that is attached to an Activity Category, they will not be able to use the Activity Category. You will have to add the User to that Group in order for them to be able to use the Activity Categories when creating Time Entries.
