Why When Trying to Send a New User Invite, it Says I Have No Available Licenses But I Know I Have Open Licenses on My Clio Manage Account?

Answer:

This may be due to previous user invites sitting in the Pending subtab within the Manage Users section of your Clio Settings. Any pending invites sitting in there will be utilizing a License. Delete any user invites that are not needed.
