Why is My New User Getting a Blue Screen in Clio When Clicking the User Invite Link From Their Email?

  • Why is my user getting an error when they click the invite link I sent them?

Answer:

It is likely that this user has already used this link and has created their account. Have them navigate to account.clio.com and try logging in. If they do not remember their password, they can use these steps to reset their password.
