Why Can't I Find My Form to Assign as a Default Email Template?

Question:

  • Why do I not see the option to assign an existing form as a default email template?
  • How come my form is not available to choose as a default email template in Clio Grow?

Answer:

Clio Grow forms can only be used for one default email template at a time. If an existing form isn't showing up as an option to be assigned as a default email template, then the form is most likely being used on a different email template.
