- Clio Launcher has encountered a problem. To resolve, navigate to C:users\xxxx\appdata\roaming\clo launcher\clio launcher\logs, and delete a file named launcher.log

- Delete files called 'Launcher'
- Update Permissions
- Clio Manage
If you don't have sufficient permissions to delete the launcher.log file, contact your firm's IT Team or Account Owner.
- Verify that you have the latest version of Launcher (see here)
- Click the provided link and delete the launcher.log file
- Uninstal and Re-install Clio Launcher
- Restart your computer
