My Profile Picture is Grey in the Email When Sharing Through Clio Connect

Issue:

  • Why is my profile picture grey when sharing through Clio Connect?
  • Profile Picture is greyed out in the Clio Connect Email.

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Connect

Answer:

This would be due to a browser caching issue, to resolve it, you would need to delete your profile picture, clear your cache, and then re-upload your profile picture.
