Why Am I Only Seeing a Part of a Clio Payment Showing Up in My Bank Account?

Issue:

  • My bank account is not showing the full bill payment, even though the Clio Payments tab and my LawPay account are showing the full amount

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

LawPay has taken out a credit card processing fee from the full payment. Please contact LawPay Support to get more details.
