Clio Scheduler is Showing Available Appointment times That Are Actually Booked and Unavailable in the Clio Manage Calendar

Issue:

  • My Grow Appointment links are not currently respecting my Clio Manage calendar booked events. How can I fix this?

  • Clio Grow

Cause:

Resolution:

You will need to disconnect and re-connect your Clio Grow and Clio Manage integration.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Disconnect under the Clio logo.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Click Allow Access.
  6. Login Using Clio Manage credentials.
  7. Go back to Settings.
  8. Email & Calendar Sync.
  9. Choose the Calendar you wish to connect to and any other checkboxes.

Please note: Calendar Sync is not retroactive. Any events created before the sync is active MUST be updated in Grow to appear on Manage. Please see here for more information.
