Issue:
- My Grow Appointment links are not currently respecting my Clio Manage calendar booked events. How can I fix this?

- Please note that all day events in Clio Manage will show as available in Clio Scheduler.

Cause:

Resolution:
You will need to disconnect and re-connect your Clio Grow and Clio Manage integration.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Disconnect under the Clio logo.
- Click Connect.
- Click Allow Access.
- Login Using Clio Manage credentials.
- Go back to Settings.
- Email & Calendar Sync.
- Choose the Calendar you wish to connect to and any other checkboxes.
Please note: Calendar Sync is not retroactive. Any events created before the sync is active MUST be updated in Grow to appear on Manage. Please see here for more information.
