Issue: Unable to Access Shared Resource (Matter) in Clio Connect


When a firm shares a Matter to a user, they are prompted to sign up for Clio Connect even though they have a Clio Manage account with access to Clio Connect. If they decide to move forward with the signup process regardless, they will be prompted with an error "Something went wrong. Try again, or contact support."
