Clio Payment Not Showing Authorization Code on Payment Submission Email

Objective:

  • What does it mean if there is no Authorization Code on an email confirming the payment had been submitted?

  • Clio Manage
  • LawPay

Additional Information:

Answer:

If there is no Authorization code, this would suggest that the payment had not been processed. Please check your bank statement to see if the charge was taken from your Card.
