If you encounter a message about your license this may indicate an account issue with FasterLaw. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Faster Suite here (this will download an .exe file) and authenticated it with Clio (instructions here). If that doesn't work, please reach out to FasterLaw's support here for further assistance.
